EFG Corp-Solutions closed a EGP 3.82 bn securitization backed by a <\/strong>portfolio of <\/strong>financial leasing contracts<\/strong>, according to a press release (pdf)<\/a>. This comes a little over six months after EFG Finance\u2019s leasing and factoring unit issued a EGP 2.65 bn<\/a>, 13-month corporate bond, the country\u2019s largest-ever by a private sector issuer. <\/p>\n
