President Abdel Fattah El Sisi received the credentials of 23 new <\/strong>ambassadors to Egypt yesterday<\/strong>, officially marking the start of their diplomatic duties in Cairo, according to an Ittihadiya statement<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Representing Asia and the Pacific <\/strong>were Japan\u2019s Fumio Iwai, India\u2019s Suresh Reddy, Vietnam\u2019s Nguyen Huy Dung, and New Zealand\u2019s Louise Searle. From our region, the UAE\u2019s Hamad Al Zaabi joined the diplomatic corps.<\/p>\n

From Europe<\/strong>, the list included Hungary\u2019s Rita Herencsar, Italy\u2019s Agostino Palese, Denmark\u2019s Lars Bo M\u00f8ller, Poland\u2019s Michal Murkocinski, Norway\u2019s Erik Husem, Spain\u2019s Sergio Forster, Ireland\u2019s Aidan O\u2019Hara, Georgia\u2019s Nikoloz Apkhazava, Luxembourg\u2019s Christian Muller, Belarus\u2019s Evgueni Sobolevski, San Marino\u2019s Daniela Rotondaro, and the UK\u2019s Mark Bryson-Richardson.<\/p>\n

Representing Africa<\/strong> were Angola\u2019s Maquento Sebastiao Lopes and Guinea\u2019s Mounir Cissi, while Liberia\u2019s Henry Fahnbulleh also took up his post.<\/p>\n

From Latin America<\/strong>, Colombia\u2019s Luz Elena Mart\u00ednez Cossab and Nicaragua\u2019s Tatiana Daniela Garc\u00eda Silva presented their credentials.<\/p>\n
