Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly appointed Odin Investments CEO Hashem <\/strong>El Sayed as assistant prime minister and head of the cabinet\u2019s unit dedicated to state-owned companies<\/strong>, according to a decision published in the Official Gazette. El Sayed will serve a four-year term, which could be renewed once. <\/p>\n
