The factory will employ 2.1k workers and is expected to start operations in March 2026. All output will be exported, with a local component ratio of at least 30% from the start of production.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>#2- Glob<\/strong><strong>al textiles<\/strong><strong> giant <\/strong><strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/alpinecreations.com\/\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Alpine Group<\/a><\/strong><strong> will invest USD 78.5 mn to establish a textiles <\/strong><strong>factory in Tenth of Ramadan<\/strong>, focusing on socks and garments. The project, under the name Alpine Egytex Textile Industries, will employ 4k workers, 3.9k of whom are Egyptians, and aims to raise the local input ratio from 30% at launch to 50% within five years. The facility is expected to go online within 18 months. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>#3- Alpine Group\u2019s Egypt arm <\/strong><strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.alexapparels.net\/\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Alex Apparels<\/a><\/strong><strong> will build a USD 20 mn ready-made <\/strong><strong>garments factory in Beni Suef\u2019s <\/strong><strong>medium industries zone.<\/strong> The facility will produce 40 mn garments annually, use 30% local inputs, and create 9k jobs. The company plans to rely on Egyptian cotton and skilled local labor to boost competitiveness.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>AND- Saudi Arabia\u2019s <\/strong><strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/keenanholding.com\/\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Ke<\/a><\/strong><strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/keenanholding.com\/\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">enan Holding Group<\/a><\/strong><strong> plans to establish a EGP 2 bn <\/strong><strong>industrial <\/strong><strong>complex for copper and metal products in Egypt<\/strong>, the Trade Ministry said in a <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/EgyptianCabinet\/posts\/pfbid0WEaVs6Aywnyxiw8MkD4Ca2wMMDLcxmBaJSSSMLvtghuCZzuCnUVJmPCBQZycsdQGl?rdid=eVPxB1RvZCro51w1#\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">statement<\/a>. The roughly USD 41.4 mn project is expected to create more than 1k jobs.
