The 20k sqm project will be self-financed, create 2k direct jobs, and produce 16.5 mn pieces annually, all earmarked for export.<\/p>\n

Basata Holding will invest<\/strong> some USD 7 mn in 2026 to boost its market <\/strong>position<\/strong>, according to a company statement (pdf)<\/a>. The company is reviewing potential acquisitions as part of its regional expansion plans, with final decisions expected before year-end. It is also preparing to introduce new investment services through funds launched in partnership with its sister and subsidiary companies, pending final regulatory approvals, with a full rollout expected before the end of the current fiscal year.<\/p>\n

FRA signs off on Madinet Mar\u2019s SAFE fund:<\/strong> The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) has approved property developer Madinet Masr\u2019s application to establish two Secure Assets for Fixed Earnings (SAFE) funds \u2014 a real estate fund and a fund for securities promotion, underwriting, and fund management, the company said in a press release<\/a>(pdf)<\/a>. SAFE \u2014 developed by Madinet Masr subsidiary Minka and launched via Innovation Labs \u2014 enables investors to buy fractional property shares, starting at EGP 50k per share.
