The two companies \u2014 which are understood to not share a parent company \u2014 will produce mid-range phones with a local component ratio reaching 45%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>The two companies will take stock off the experiment six months in \u2014 and hopefully <\/strong><strong>follow this with some more investment news. <\/strong>Both companies have a particular interest in establishing production facilities in Egypt due to the country\u2019s position as an entry point into African markets, according to the sources.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>AND- <\/strong><strong>Egypt plans to boost electricity interconnection capacity to 3.9 GW by the end of <\/strong><strong>2026<\/strong>, up from 790 MW last year, a government source told EnterpriseAM.
