Under the acquisition, CIB will join the company\u2019s shareholders with around 25% of the company, Misr Ins. and Misr Life Ins. will each have a 10% stake, and Al Baraka Bank Egypt will own 5%. The new shareholders will sit beside B Investments Holding with 25% of the company following the acquisition, while Egypt\u2019s Sovereign Fund healthcare sub-fund and another investor will own the remaining 25%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>B Healthcare Investments has already submitted documents for the acquisition of a <\/strong><strong>majority stake in the Saudi hospita<\/strong>l in what is classified as a large-scale transaction, which may require a new capital increase in the coming period, according to the sources.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>ADVISORS- <\/strong>Zaki Hashem &amp; Partners is acting as the legal advisor for B Healthcare Investments, while a financial advisor is in the process of being appointed, the sources added.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>ALSO- B Investments Holding intends to establish a holding company specializing in <\/strong><strong>investing in retail chains with a capital of EGP 1 bn<\/strong>, which will make acquisitions in food chains, Chairman Hazem Barakat told <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/hapijournal.com\/2025\/08\/10\/%d8%b9%d8%a7%d8%ac%d9%84-%d8%a8%d9%8a-%d8%a5%d9%86%d9%81%d8%b3%d8%aa%d9%85%d9%86%d8%aa%d8%b3-%d8%aa%d8%a4%d8%b3%d8%b3-%d9%82%d8%a7%d8%a8%d8%b6%d8%a9-%d9%84%d8%b3%d9%84%d8%a7%d8%b3%d9%84-%d8%a7%d9%84\/\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Hapi Journal<\/a>.
