Tran<\/strong>sport and logistics c<\/strong>ompany Egytrans has appointed Dina Adel <\/strong>(<\/strong>LinkedIn<\/a><\/strong>) <\/strong>as its new investor relations manager<\/strong>, the company said in a disclosure (pdf)<\/a> to the EGX. Adel previously served as the head of investor relations and sustainability at Gateway Financials, as an investment venture and acceleration portfolio manager at Banque Misr, and has held numerous other roles in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, and investor relations. <\/p>\n

What they said:<\/strong> \"We're very happy to welcome Dina Adel. Her experience is a great addition to the team. She will be focusing on increasing communication and engagement with our shareholders and the market as Egytrans continues to grow its portfolio and leadership in transport and logistics locally and regionally,\u201d CEO Abir Leheta told EnterpriseAM.<\/p>\n

AND- <\/strong>Raya Holding for <\/strong>Financial Investments tapped <\/strong>Marwa Hamza <\/strong>(<\/strong>LinkedIn<\/a><\/strong>) <\/strong>as its new <\/strong>c<\/strong>hief human resources officer<\/strong>, according to a statement (pdf)<\/a> from the company. Hamza enters the role after serving as head of rewards and policy at Vodafone Egypt, and previously held senior HR roles at Allianz and Mercedes-Benz over her 30-year long career in HR.
