PLUS- <\/strong>Acwa Power and HAU Energy\u2019s 1.1 GW, USD 1.2 bn Suez wind power project<\/a> was named the Infrastructure<\/a>Deal<\/a>of the Year by the African Banker Awards<\/a>. The project reached financial close earlier this year after securing funds from a group of institutions, including the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the African Development Bank, the British International Investment Corporation, the German Investment Corporation, the Opec Fund for International Development, and the Arab Petroleum Investments Corporation. The project was also named<\/a> the Best Energy Deal in Egypt and Africa by EMEA Finance.<\/p>\n

ALSO- Al Baraka Bank Egypt was named the Most Impactful Islamic Financial Institution <\/strong>of 2025<\/strong> by the Islamic Development Bank, according to a statement<\/a>.
