? All the late night cravings with none of the guilt? <\/strong>The folks behind the counter at 4 Seeds<\/a> are nothing short of alchemists. After all \u2014 how do you take everyone\u2019s favourite desserts, rid them of sugar, flour, and dairy, and still have them taste the same without some magical ability?<\/p>\n

Oats, quinoa, flax, and chia seeds walk into a bakery. <\/strong>At 4 Seeds, the entire menu is crafted using these main seeds \u2014 hence the name. Sugar is replaced by stevia, carbs are strictly monitored, and gluten is banned from entry. The menu boasts a variety of cakes, cookies, tarts, and a roster of savory keto breads and pastas. <\/p>\n

We know you\u2019re here for the chocolate, and so are we. <\/strong>We might have gone a little overboard with our order, but who\u2019s counting calories when it\u2019s healthy? We tried the molten cake, the chocolate brownies, the cinnamon biscuits, the orange tea biscuits, and the strawberry cheesecake. The verdict? A four-way tie for first place, and a runner-up not far after.<\/p>\n

The molten cake takes\u2026 well, the cake. <\/strong>Easy to heat and easier to devour, 4 Seeds\u2019 molten chocolate cake immaculately balances both texture and taste. Between spoonfuls, it was difficult to believe that this molten cake was sugar-free. Similarly, the strawberry cheesecake did not disappoint. The orange tea biscuits and cinnamon biscuits proved ideal companions for a hot cup of tea \u2014 though if you had us pick one, we\u2019d gladly crown the orange tea biscuits for their smooth, silky texture and light, zesty taste.<\/p>\n

Who\u2019s the runner-up? <\/strong>The chocolate brownies were objectively tasty, yet when compared to their stellar sugar-free peers, they somewhat pale in comparison. <\/p>\n
