The development will be located in \u201cone of Cairo\u2019s newest urban areas\u201d and could kick off construction before the end of 2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>LMD is also planning to expand its footprint along Egypt\u2019s Mediterranean coast<\/strong>, with a new hospitality project set to open in two months and potential agreements for two or more new North Coast ventures expected next summer, Abbar added. The company is also currently in talks with UAE-based Modon Holding \u2014 the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/c6c12975-8799-49e6-af3e-e896885687a3\/adq-taps-modon-holding-as-master-developer-for-egypt%e2%80%99s-ras-el-hekma-megaproject\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">lead developer<\/a> for the USD 35 bn Ras El Hekma project \u2014 to develop a project in the new mega project.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>The strength of Egypt\u2019s real estate market lies in the prominence of local buyers<\/strong>, who make up over 95% of sales and make the sector \u201cmore resilient to external variables,\u201d he noted.
