The Al Ahly CIRA project \u2014 a JV between our friends at CIRA Education and Al Ahly Capital \u2014 stands as the largest private technological university in the greater Cairo region.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>\u201cT<\/strong><strong>he newly established applied science and technology university sets itself apart as a<font face=\"Arial\"> <\/font>premier institution<\/strong> by offering German education standards that ensure academic excellence and global recognition,\u201d according to the statement<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>The official opening saw SEU sign MoUs with three German universities <\/strong>\u2014 University of Applied Sciences Zittau\/G\u00f6rlitz, the University of Applied Sciences Wests\u00e4chsische Hochschule Zwickau, and the University of Applied Sciences Technische Universit\u00e4t Bergakademie Freiberg \u2014 to ensure the \u201cdirect transfer of German academic excellence, applied research methodologies, and industry-integrated education to Egypt.\u201d A fourth MoU was inked with DEinternational to \u201cprovide German dual vocational and educational training (VET), allowing SEU students seamless integration into the German labor market.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"tag-border-left\">M&amp;A- <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>#1- <\/strong><strong>EFG Holding\u2019s commercial bank Bank NXT offloaded its entire 15.3% stake in Zahraa<\/strong><strong> Maadi Investment and Development <\/strong>in a transaction worth EGP 498.72 mn (EGP 3.26 apiece), according to <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/ent.news\/2025\/4\/447.pdf\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">a bourse filing (pdf)<\/a> from the bank <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/9209a489-6a51-4381-845b-5f975e3a41a3\/efg-holding%25e2%2580%2599s-aibank-rebrands-to%253cmark%253e-bank-nxt%253c%2Fmark%253e\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">FKA aiBank<\/a>.
