Hassan Allam Construction Saudi is <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hassanallam.com\/news\/the-expansion-of-one-of-neoms-current-communities-in-saudi-arabia\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">also designing and building<\/a> warehouses, a wastewater treatment plant, and other facilities for the expansion of one of Neom\u2019s communities under a contract awarded in 2023.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\">\n<p class=\"tag-border-left\">REAL ESTATE- <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>Majid Al Futtaim plans to set up a residential and hotel project in East Cairo in <\/strong><strong>partnership with Midar Investment and Urban Development<\/strong>, two sources in the know told <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/asharqbusiness.com\/companies\/73336\/%D9%85%D8%A7%D8%AC%D8%AF-%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%81%D8%B7%D9%8A%D9%85-%D8%AA%D8%B3%D8%B9%D9%89-%D9%84%D8%AA%D8%B7%D9%88%D9%8A%D8%B1-1000-%D9%81%D8%AF%D8%A7%D9%86-%D8%A8%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%B4%D8%A7%D8%B1%D9%83%D8%A9-%D9%85%D8%B9-%D9%85%D9%8A%D8%AF%D8%A7%D8%B1-%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%B5%D8%B1%D9%8A%D8%A9\/\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Ashraq Business<\/a>. The project will span 1k feddans within Midar\u2019s Mada project. The two sides are expected to sign the project agreement in 3Q 2025.
