CHICKEN WITH POTATOES AND PICKLED LEMONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\">\n<p class=\"tag-border-left\"> INGREDIENTS:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n<li>4 white onions, chopped<\/li>\n<li>Whole chicken, cut into pieces or chicken thighs and legs<\/li>\n<li>4 garlic cloves, chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp turmeric powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp ginger powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp salt <\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp black pepper<\/li>\n<li>A pinch of saffron<\/li>\n<li>1 large coriander bunch tied<\/li>\n<li>2 pickled lemons<\/li>\n<li>150g green olives<\/li>\n<li>2 to 3 medium potatoes, cut into wedges or thick slices <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\">\n<p class=\"tag-border-left\">RECIPE:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>1. <\/strong>In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions, cover with a lid, and let them sweat until soft and translucent, about 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>2. <\/strong>Once the onions have softened, add the chicken, garlic, spices, salt, and pepper. Turn the chicken occasionally to lightly brown it, about 10-15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>3.<\/strong> Pour 1 cup of water into the pot and place the coriander bouquet on top of the chicken. Bring to a boil, then cover with a lid and let simmer over medium-low heat for about 40 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked. Meanwhile chop the preserved lemon into twos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>4<\/strong>.
