The menu? Short and to the point \u2014 it\u2019s either kofta, hawawshi, or shish tawook, and trust us, you won\u2019t need anything else.<\/p>\n

The kofta is the star performer. <\/strong>Juicy, smoky, and packed into fresh, homemade pillowy baladi bread, it\u2019s loaded with the classics: tahina, parsley, pickled onions, and tomatoes. The balance is spot on \u2014 the creamy tahina coats every bite, the pickles cut through the richness, and the charcoal grilled meat delivers. No need for extra sauces, this one\u2019s already complete.<\/p>\n

A close runner-up? The shish tawook.<\/strong> Tender chicken chunks, well-marinated and juicy, but what truly makes this sandwich shine is the garlic sauce \u2014 it\u2019s punchy, flavorful, and generously slathered on.
