El Attal Holding<\/strong> has become th<\/strong>e latest local real estate player to announce <\/strong>its intention<\/strong> to go public in 2025<\/strong>, with the developer planning to list some 28% of its shares on the EGX in 3Q 2025, Al Borsa<\/a> reports, citing the company\u2019s Chairman Ahmed El Attal.<\/p>\n

El Attal tapped CI Capital to manage the offering<\/strong> and is already at work to fulfill all the necessary requirements ahead of the listing, he told the news outlet.<\/p>\n

This isn\u2019t the first time we hear about the offering<\/strong>, as Al Attal said in July that his company was planning to list 30-35%<\/a> of its shares on the EGX in 2025, noting that the developer was coordinating with advisors from the UK and Greece to set up the offering.<\/p>\n
