Hazem Helal (<\/strong>LinkedIn<\/a><\/strong>) has been appointed CEO of O West, Makadi Heights, and Byoum<\/strong> by Orascom Development<\/strong>, the company announced yesterday in a statement (pdf)<\/a>. Helal steps into the role after serving as vice chairman of Al Ahly Sports Facilities Company, where he led the development of a new stadium and sports city. <\/p>\n

Helal brings a wealth of real estate experience to his new role, <\/strong>having scaled Mountain View\u2019s sales in five years while serving as commercial director for the firm. He also sits on the real estate committee at AmCham Egypt and holds degrees from Harvard Business School and AUC\u2019s Engineering School. Helal also spent over a decade at P&G in various leadership roles.<\/p>\n

AND- Fine Hygienic Holding has tapped Hesham Abouzeina (<\/strong>LinkedIn<\/a><\/strong>) as its new Egypt<\/strong> head<\/strong>, the company said in a statement<\/a>. Abouzeina will take up the role of general manager in the country after having worked for 30 years in leadership roles in multinationals across various sectors. \u201cHis deep understanding of the Egyptian market and proven track record in business transformation and remarkable sales growth will further propel our growth strategy and success in Egypt,\u201d the statement writes<\/p>\n
