B.TECH kicks off the new year by hitting the securitization market: <\/strong>B.TECH has closed an EGP 1.6 bn securitized bond issuance, according to a statement<\/a>(pdf)<\/a> from the electronics retailers\u2019 legal advisors Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy. The issuance is the second of a wider EGP 5 bn securitization program.<\/p>\n

Who made it happen?<\/strong> MBH acted as legal counsel, with Mohamed Abdel Fattah and Imane Raouf leading the team. CIB was the financial advisor, EGBank the custodian, Russel Bedford the auditor, and Middle East Rating & Investors Service as the rating agency.<\/p>\n
