Fresh details about Korra Energi\u2019s planned IPO have begun emerging<\/strong>, with Chairman Ayman Korra telling Asharq Business<\/a> that the energy solutions firm plans to offer up to a 20% stake on the EGX. There\u2019s still no word on how much they\u2019re hoping to raise in the offering.<\/p>\n

We also got a more definite timeline for the offering<\/strong>, with Korra pencilling in the first half of 2025 \u2014 meaning that the company isn\u2019t planning to extend its temporary listing period more than the allotted six-month period.<\/p>\n

The company is also currently in the process of selecting an advisor for the planned <\/strong>offering<\/strong>, Korra told the outlet.<\/p>\n

Remember:<\/strong> Korra Energi last week temporarily listed<\/a> 2.3 bn shares at EGP 0.20 each after the bourse\u2019s listing committee approved the move.
