The attackers claim that their mission is politically motivated and demand the release of conspirators involved in a failed coup attempt \u2014 based on the 1981 coup attempt launched by Francoist forces against Spain\u2019s fragile democratic government. Things take a turn, however, when they see piles of money lying in the vault. <\/p>\n

The show doesn\u2019t just follow the robbers. <\/strong>We\u2019re also introduced to Maider (Maria Pedraza), a journalist navigating her first major assignment, and her editor, Isabel (Patricia Vico). Their dynamic captures the challenges faced by women in male-dominated workplaces during the era. <\/p>\n
