The firm\u2019s Saudi Education Fund \u201caims to capitalize on the clear market opportunity that is evidenced by the growing student population in private schools, which is expected to more than double,\u201d the statement added.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>The gameplan: <\/strong>SEF plans to deploy USD 300 mn over the next three years, with a primary focus on the Kingdom, alongside its ventures in the UAE and Bahrain, Egypt Education Platform (EEP) CEO Ahmed Wahby <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mubasher.info\/news\/4370279\/-%D8%B5%D9%86%D8%AF%D9%88%D9%82-%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AA%D8%B9%D9%84%D9%8A%D9%85-%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B3%D8%B9%D9%88%D8%AF%D9%8A-%D9%84%D9%80-%D9%85%D8%A8%D8%A7%D8%B4%D8%B1-%D9%86%D8%AE%D8%B7%D8%B7-%D9%84%D8%A7%D8%B3%D8%AA%D8%AB%D9%85%D8%A7%D8%B1-300-%D9%85%D9%84%D9%8A%D9%88%D9%86-%D8%AF%D9%88%D9%84%D8%A7%D8%B1-%D8%AE%D9%84%D8%A7%D9%84-3-%D8%B3%D9%86%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%AA\/\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">said<\/a>. <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.spark-eg.com\/\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Spark Egypt for Training and Development<\/a>, led by the EEP team, is set to manage and oversee the new fund\u2019s activities, he added. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>The fund has also acquired a portfolio of seven schools: <\/strong>SEF has acquired seven international schools in Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Bahrain from GFH Financial Group under the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/brituseducation.com\/\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Britus Education<\/a> brand. Together, the schools can serve up to 12k students, with 8k already enrolled. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>About Britus: <\/strong>Britus Education is a MENA-based <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/brituseducation.com\/about\/\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">network of schools<\/a> offering high-quality and affordable education to students across KSA, Bahrain, the UAE and Tunisia.
