Khufu\u2019s Bistro blends luxurious interiors with an unbeatable view of the Pyramids of <\/strong>Giza. <\/strong>The restaurant<\/a> is surrounded by glass walls that provide an uninterrupted gaze of our ancient heritage \u2014 though guests who prefer an open-air experience can enjoy the same iconic view on the restaurant\u2019s outdoor balcony.<\/p>\n

The food has its highs and lows.<\/strong> The charcoal chicken is a definite highlight \u2014 grilled to tender perfection and served with sriracha mayo and cilantro on skewers. This dish feels both flavorful and refined, with spices that enhance rather than overpower the chicken. It\u2019s easy to eat, but seemed more like a starter than a main dish, given the portion size and lack of side dishes. <\/p>\n

Unfortunately, the ravioli didn\u2019t live up to expectations.<\/strong> Stuffed with beef brisket and served with beef jus and roumi cheese foam, it was disappointingly salty and overwhelmingly spiced, which overshadowed the individual flavors. With only four or five pieces, the portion size was also underwhelming.<\/p>\n

While the presentation and ambiance are top-tier, diners may leave feeling like the meal <\/strong>didn\u2019t entirely justify the cost.<\/strong> Khufu's is undoubtedly a must-visit for the atmosphere and iconic view, but the food didn't quite hit the mark. <\/p>\n
