Beltone recognized for sustainability and inclusion initiatives:<\/strong> Beltone Holding has won the \u2018Best Sustainability Practices for Commitment to Inclusion\u2019 award from the International Labour Organization in collaboration with the Federation of Egyptian Industries and the European Union, according to a press release (pdf)<\/a>. The award celebrates Beltone\u2019s \u2018Train to Sustain\u2019 program, an initiative designed to train, upskill, and integrate 20 individuals with physical disabilities and down syndrome into Beltone\u2019s workforce \u2014- marking a significant step toward fostering a more inclusive work environment. <\/p>\n

Also in the pipeline: <\/strong>\u201cOur ambition is to expand the program through an employment forum where we will share case studies about \u2018Train to Sustain\u2019 as a benchmark that can be replicated by some of the biggest corporations to create as many job opportunities as possible for talents with disabilities and individuals with down syndrome,\u201d Beltone\u2019s Chief People and Corporate Sustainability Officer Sherry Bishara said. <\/p>\n
