Knight Frank has a new occupier and landlord strategy head for Egypt: <\/strong>Knight Frank has named Omar Hazem as its new partner and head of occupier and landlord strategy and solutions in Egypt, the real estate consultant said in a statement<\/a>. Hazem joins Knight Frank after having spent over nine years with JLL in Egypt \u2014 most recently as its head of office and business space.<\/p>\n

Knight Frank is the new kid on the block when it comes to the local real estate <\/strong>consultancy: <\/strong>Knight Frank stepped foot into the Egyptian market in August of last year<\/a> when it opened its first office in the county. The UK-headquartered company has 740 offices over 50 territories and employs more than 27k people.<\/p>\n

Delta Sugar names new chairman:<\/strong> Delta Sugar has appointed Ahmed Shireen Korayem (LinkedIn<\/a>) as its new chairman, replacing Ahmed Abdel Hafez following his resignation<\/a>, according to an EGX disclosure (pdf)<\/a>. Korayem currently serves as the head of the cement division of the Federation of Egyptian Industries.
