This is one of several measures taken to tighten the exam\u2019s security, including \u201cincreasing the auditing of test centres\u201d and \u201cproviding law enforcement and other government agencies with the names of test prep companies and individuals suspected of stealing test materials.\u201d But the measures fell short of including a solution to the leakage that results from reusing tests taken in the United States.
