He says the key behind the delay is that the development of Leviathan depends on \u201ca single strategic gas agreement,\u201d particularly the one with Jordan, \u201cwhich has not yet been closed.\u201d Barkat adds \u201cthere is no progress in the deal with Egypt, and forget about Turkey.
