Ashraf El Gazayerli, Chairman of the Food Chamber at the Federation of Egyptian Industries, told Reuters\u2019 Ihab Farouk<\/a> the decision will not have a significant impact. The real problem, El Gazayerli says, is smuggling, not legal exports.
