Egypt is ranked 88th globally and third from the bottom in <\/strong>MENA region on the Talent <\/strong>Competitiveness Index<\/strong><\/a> by INSEAD Business School, Google, and the Center for Economic Growth. The index ranks countries based on their ability to attract, grow, and retain talent. \u201cWhile the UAE ranked first among the MENA countries and made to the top 25 globally, Egypt, Morocco and Algeria appeared at the bottom of the list,\u201d Wamda\u2019s<\/a> Tala El Issa notes. The report notes that \u201cEgypt is among the low performers in the pillars Enable, Attract and Grow.
