The program offers financing at a reducing interest rate of 12%. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>Jaz has been investing big:<\/strong> The group acquired <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/b5ce9220-41e9-4f7f-ac7d-9c90f4e45271\/travco-subsidiary-jaz-hotel-group-acquires-2-hotels-near-the-pyramids\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">two hotels<\/a> near the Pyramids and six cruise ships worth EGP 3.5 bn last December. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>Also in the pipeline:<\/strong> Jaz Hotels is in negotiations with the government\u2019s Holding Company for Tourism and Hotels to take over the management and operation of two of its hotels. The company also has plans to expand internationally \u2014 it plans to set up three hotels in Tanzania\u2019s Zanzibar with one slated to open its doors this year and the other two next year. <\/p>\n<p class=\"tag-border-left\">PICKALBATROS MAKES GOOD ON MOROCCO EXPANSION PLANS-<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"> <strong>Pickalbatros had a busy year expanding across Morocco: <\/strong>Egypt-based hospitality group Pickalbatros Hotels &amp; Resorts acquired four hotels in Morocco this year, pushing its portfolio in the country to seven hotels and 2.6k rooms, CEO Kamel Abou Aly told <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.asharqbusiness.com\/travel-and-tourism\/53949\/%D8%A8%D9%8A%D9%83%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%A8%D8%A7%D8%AA%D8%B1%D9%88%D8%B3-%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%B5%D8%B1%D9%8A%D8%A9-%D8%AA%D8%B3%D8%AA%D8%AD%D9%88%D8%B0-%D8%B9%D9%84%D9%89-4-%D9%81%D9%86%D8%A7%D8%AF%D9%82-%D9%81%D9%8A-%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%BA%D8%B1%D8%A8-%D9%87%D8%B0%D8%A7-%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D8%A7%D9%85\/\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Asharq Business<\/a> without disclosing the value of the acquisitions. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>The new additions:<\/strong> The new additions to the company\u2019s portfolio include Sangho Club, Palmeraie Palace, and the Hotel Du Golf all of which are in Marrakech as well as Palais des Roses in Agadir.
