Egypt has re-opened talks with Singapore\u2019s port operator PSA to manage and <\/strong>operate a container terminal in East Port Said<\/strong>, after negotiations reportedly floundered over the past two years, said Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZone) Chairman Mohab Mamish. PSA had signed an MoU back in 2015 to manage the terminal. Mamish, who was in Singapore over the weekend with Investment Minister Sahar Nasr as part of a cabinet roadshow to South East Asia, had also met with representatives desalination company Hyflux, where they agreed to continue talks for the company to build a desalination plant in Ain Sokhna port, according to a statement from the Investment Ministry<\/a>.
