Egyptian subsidiaries of France\u2019s EREN Renewable Energy and Dubai\u2019s Access Power will construct, operate, and own the power plants, according to the statement. \u201cThese are truly groundbreaking projects, the first to reach this milestone in Egypt\u2019s ambitious scheme to exploit its outstanding renewable resources,\u201d said Janet Heckman, EBRD\u2019s managing director for the Southern and Eastern Mediterranean.
