As expected, the complaint letters are coming in over the <\/strong>increase in water prices <\/strong>last week<\/strong><\/a>, with the usual theme of \u201cnow the government has gone too far.\u201d This latest iteration, from Al Masry Al Youm\u2019s Abdel Nasser Salama<\/a>, reminds us how important water is to humans (thanks, Salama). He does argue, however, that implementing this cut would open the door for overpricing to the poor, who have seen their water prices rise the least.
