The King ordered the formation of a ministerial body to advise on the matter within 30 days and see through its implementation by June 2018. The news is on front-pages worldwide this morning, to wit: the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ft.com\/content\/741b75ba-a2f0-11e7-9e4f-7f5e6a7c98a2\">Financial Times<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/us-saudi-women-driving\/saudi-king-decrees-women-be-allowed-to-drive-idUSKCN1C12SB\">Reuters<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/saudi-arabia-lifts-ban-on-women-driving-1506455054\">Wall Street Journal<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2017\/09\/26\/world\/middleeast\/saudi-arabia-women-drive.html\">New York Times<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oil prices could rise in 2018: <\/strong>OPEC could face a supply shortage next year, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2017-09-25\/citi-says-get-ready-for-an-oil-squeeze-than-an-opec-supply-surge\">Citi claims<\/a>, saying that \u201cLibya, Nigeria, Venezuela, Iran and Iraq may already be pumping at their maximum capacity this year\u201d and aren\u2019t investing enough in E&P to grow capacity in 2018.<\/li>\n<li><strong>EM are leapfrogging developing nations on renewables: <\/strong>\u201cEmerging markets are set to eclipse developed nations next year in their capacity to generate wind and solar power as equipment costs fall,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ft.com\/content\/b0a5f72a-9fa4-11e7-9a86-4d5a475ba4c5\">the Financial Times<\/a> writes, citing a Moody\u2019s report.
