MOVES-<\/strong> The Supreme Constitutional Court (SCC) approved yesterday appointing Tarek Shibl as one of the court\u2019s deputy justices, succeeding Hamdan Fahmy, Al Mal reports.<\/a> Shibl was previously the president of the court\u2019s Commissioners Authority. This comes as President Abdel Fattah El Sisi signed into law yesterday a decree promoting 24 judges at the Court of Cassation<\/strong> to become deputies to the Chief Justice, Al Shorouk reports<\/a>. The decision will also see a shuffle of Appellate Court heads and the promotion of some judges from the Appellate Court to become judges at the Court of Cassation.
