Nasr and the ministers of finance, oil, and public enterprises sit on the committee, which was reconstituted last week<\/a> and also includes cabinet\u2019s secretary for legislative affairs. Enppi is set to be the first state-owned company to list<\/a> on the EGX under the government\u2019s IPO program, and the state is looking to raise USD 213-267 mn from the sale of a 24% stake.
