Finas\u2019 appointment was announced <a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.press\/stories\/2017\/07\/31\/pierre-finas-appointed-credit-agricole-egypts-managing-director\/\">in late July<\/a>. Outgoing Managing Director Fran\u00e7ois-Edouard Drion will stay on the bank\u2019s board of directors as a non-executive member representing Credit Agricole France, the disclosure notes. <\/li>\n<li><strong>The Housing and Development Bank (HDBK) appointed Hassan Ghanem as managing director,<\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.almasryalyoum.com\/news\/details\/1187097\">AMAY reports<\/a>. Ghanem previously served on the board of Alexbank, a position from which he recently resigned.<\/li>\n<li><strong>ADIB Egypt is also reportedly going to pick <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/mohamed-aly-a73a2441?ppe=1\"><strong>Mohamed Aly<\/strong><\/a><strong> to be its new managing director, <\/strong>sources <a href=\"http:\/\/www.almalnews.com\/Story\/344804\/12\/ADIB-%D9%8A%D8%AE%D8%AA%D8%A7%D8%B1-%D9%85%D8%AD%D9%85%D8%AF-%D8%B9%D9%84%D9%89-%D8%B1%D8%A6%D9%8A%D8%B3%D8%A7%D9%8B-%D8%AA%D9%86%D9%81%D9%8A%D8%B0%D9%8A%D8%A7%D9%8B-%D8%AE%D9%84%D9%81%D8%A7%D9%8B-%D9%84%D9%86%D9%8A%D9%81%D9%8A%D9%86-%D9%84%D8%B7%D9%81%D9%89\">tell Al Mal<\/a>. The bank told the EGX it has not yet <a href=\"http:\/\/egx.com.eg\/downloads\/Bulletins\/207046_1.pdf\">made a decision<\/a> on the appointment. Aly is currently the country head and CEO of Mashreq Bank Egypt and, if appointed, would succeed the late Nevine Loutfy. ADIB Egypt had appointed <a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.press\/stories\/2016\/11\/28\/adib-appoints-new-acting-chairman-and-managing-director\/\">in November 2016<\/a> Fareed El Belbesy as acting non-executive chairman and Zohair Hamada Ahmed Edris as acting managing director.
