The agreement to acquire the stake in the \u201ckey player in the Egyptian maritime industry\u201d will close in 3Q 2024.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>The details: <\/strong>While no information was provided about the size of the stake or value of the acquisition, the agreement will see Safina \u2014 a leading logistics provider for metal, mineral, and fertilizer shippers \u2014 absorbed into Noatum\u2019s portfolio and rebranded as Noatum Maritime Egypt.
