Free Egyptians Party (FEP) Chairman Essam Khalil decided yesterday to withdraw confidence from the party\u2019s Secretary General Nasr Al Qaffas, Al Shorouk reports<\/a>. The move came after Al Qaffas made unsanctioned statements on the party\u2019s behalf, Khalil explained<\/a>. Naguib Sawiris, who founded the party, was also dismissed from it<\/a> earlier this year after \u201cgiving off the impression he speaks for the party,\u201d among other things.
