The lack of transparency in official news on the attack is difficult to understand or excuse, as it only magnifies the confusion surrounding the incident, Ahmed Abd Rabbo says in a column for Al Shorouk<\/a>. Mohamed Amin<\/a> and Dina Abdel Karim<\/a> were of the same mind, writing in two separate pieces for Al-Masry Al-Youm that official media failed in covering the incident just as security failed to prevent it. The need to enhance security also featured prominently.
