Agricultural exports increased by 13.9% y-o-y in 9M2017 to reach 4.1 mn tonnes compared to 3.6 mn tonnes a year earlier, Agriculture Ministry spokesman Hamid Abdel Dayim said, according to Reuters<\/a>. The proceeds amounted to USD 1.72 bn, growing 4% y-o-y, as exports of potatoes, grapes and strawberries rose.
