The company will be subcontracting the project to local developers in order to speed up work on the project with an eye towards completing before next summer, sources from the Egyptian Electricity Holding Company <a href=\"http:\/\/www.almalnews.com\/Story\/348615\/59\/%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%83%D9%87%D8%B1%D8%A8%D8%A7%D8%A1-%D9%88state-grid-%D8%AA%D9%88%D9%82%D8%B9%D8%A7%D9%86-%D8%B9%D9%82%D8%AF-%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%B1%D8%AD%D9%84%D8%A9-%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AB%D8%A7%D9%86%D9%8A%D8%A9-%D9%84%D9%84%D8%B4%D8%A8%D9%83%D8%A9-%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%B2%D9%8A%D8%A9\">tell Al Mal<\/a>. SGCC will help to provide funding for the project, the source added.
