The world\u2019s largest pyramid resides in Puebla Mexico and not Egypt,<\/strong> Business Insider reports<\/a>. The 2,300 year old structure was constructed out of clay and resembles a hill because the mud has allowed flora to grow all over it. Missed by history for thousands of years, it was rediscovered in 1910. While not quite as tall as our Great Pyramid of Giza it is roughly double in volume due to its enormous base. The identity of the builders remains a mystery but experts believe it to have been an important place of worship after finding more than 400 human remains.
