Despite the size and scope of the project, Abu Zaid made no mention of what the project entails and who might be investing in it, leading us to take it with a grain of salt. The alleged US-Saudi project could be part of the West Egypt Development Project that was <a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.press\/stories\/2017\/08\/07\/govt-begins-promoting-investments-for-the-west-egypt-development-project\/\">opened up to investors back in August<\/a> which included plans for an amusement park complex.
