Ordinary shares on the EGX have been priced at EGP 22.60 following the successful conclusion of the book-building process. At the offer price, the company\u2019s market cap stands at EGP 1.2 bn. According to the release, the offering will include 33.046 mn ordinary shares, including 28.089 mn shares for the institutional offering and 4.956 mn for the Egyptian retail offering. Subscription to the domestic offering will close on 7 November.
