The Military Production Ministry is in talks with 10 banks and financing institutions to participate in funding its EGP 2 bn PV solar panel factory in Edfu, deputy head of the National Organization for Military Production Ahmed Mansour tells Al Borsa<\/a>. No details were provided on which institutions the ministry is currently in talks with, or how much funding they would offer.
