The new company will fall under Sawiris\u2019 La Mancha Group, which holds majority stakes in Canadian mining firm Endeavor and Australia\u2019s Evolution Mining. The move comes as listed gold miners have underperformed the gold price this decade, leading to calls from investors for new management and better allocation of capital, the salmon-colored paper said.<\/p>\n
