The company will have a capital of EGP 300 mn and will be responsible for the infrastructure of new freezones and addressing the needs of existing zones, Investment and International Cooperation Minister Sahar Nasr told the press, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.almalnews.com\/Story\/360232\/15\/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AD%D9%83%D9%88%D9%85%D8%A9-%D8%AA%D8%A3%D8%B3%D9%8A%D8%B3-%D8%B4%D8%B1%D9%83%D8%A9-%D8%A7%D8%B3%D8%AA%D8%AB%D9%85%D8%A7%D8%B1%D9%8A%D8%A9-%D8%A8%D8%B1%D8%A3%D8%B3-%D9%85%D8%A7%D9%84-300-%D9%85%D9%84%D9%8A%D9%88%D9%86-%D8%AC%D9%86%D9%8A%D9%87-\">according to Al Mal<\/a>. Ministers also approved <strong>amendments to the Unified Building Code<\/strong> focused on insurance against potential damages and injuries during the construction process of new buildings. Also approved yesterday:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>The Housing Ministry\u2019s request to make the <strong>New Urban Communities Authority responsible for covering increased costs of social housing projects<\/strong> incurred by the Contractors Compensation Act.
