Businessman Nader Riad has set up street libraries around Cairo, <\/strong>according to TRT World<\/a>. The premise is modeled on the Little Free Library system: Set up a few cabinets to serve as book shelves and ask the public to stock them with books they don\u2019t need. The libraries then run on an exchange system where people place a book before taking one that they want and the libraries become automated. In a city as big as ours, there is bound to be at least a few dozen books being hoarded, and Riad is hoping to get them into his street libraries.
