For bourse listings, the FRA will take a fee equivalent to 0.002% of the value of the shares being listed. On acquisitions and share ownership transfers (for listed and non-listed companies), businesses and individuals will be charged a fee equivalent to 0.001%, while requests for approval to issue global depository receipts will be charged 0.00025% of the transaction\u2019s value (to a maximum of EGP 100k).
