One question on our minds this morning: What, exactly, is going on with Mona Zobaa and GAFI? <\/strong>General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI) Managing Director Mona Zobaa appears to be fully immersed in her duties, despite announcing her resignation last month<\/a>. Most recently, she met with<\/a> Mongolia\u2019s State Secretary for Foreign Affairs Davaasuren Damdinsuren yesterday. The resignation came less than a year after her appointment.<\/p>\n
